We will deal with all aspects of your road traffic accident claim. We will arrange a medical appointment for you where the extent of your injuries will be assessed. If you require private medical treatment then we will arrange this for you and seek the costs from the other side.
If your vehicle has been damaged in the accident, we will arrange for it to be assessed and also arrange for you to be provided with an alternative vehicle whilst the repairs on your vehicle are being carried out.
We will claim for all other losses including loss of earnings, a claim for care and assistance and all other out of pocket expenses you would normally have to deal with.

Would give zero stars if possible. not responsive, always having to chase them, ignored my emails and phone calls. Receptionists always said they would pass it on and get someone to contact me, nobody did. Went weeks trying to talk to someone and being ignored, emailing different people and not getting responses, being told by the receptionists every time that there was nobody available to talk to as they were at court. Said they had a complaints procedure, but when I tried to complain they sent be an extremely rude email and said they would be dropping my case (which is illegal). Paul was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. when I asked for paperwork they had on my case (since they wanted to stop acting for me) he ignored my emails and made it extremely difficult to get the information I needed. Not sure if because I'm young they thought they could get away with it or if they are like this with everyone but I am currently seeking advice from the legal Ombudsman in regards to them. Would not recommend. Stay clear of them at all costs!
